Hertfordshire Hypnotherapy aims to provide a first class service at all times. We will make it clear what you can and cannot expect in any aspect of our service, and will endeavour to meet your requirements.   However, should we be unable to do so, we will explain our reasons to you.

confidentiality

All information you disclose of a personal or sensitive nature will be treated as private and confidential.  With your consent, we may pass on information if referring you to other agencies or organisations associated with Hertfordshire Hypnotherapy.

In order for Hertfordshire Hypnotherapy to provide you with the best service, it is your duty to disclose accurate and relevant information. No liability will be admitted if false information is given or relevant information is not revealed.

fees

All fees are payable in advance according to the service provided, and are not refundable except in exceptional circumstances. Hertfordshire Hypnotherapy reserves the right to decide if the circumstances merit a full or partial refund.

cancellations

Should you cancel an individual session or attendance at a workshop or other event with less than 48 hours notice, no refund will be given.  Full or partial  refunds will be given according to the length of notice of cancellation  at the discretion of Hertfordshire Hypnotherapy.
